Irish Pub

A retrofit of a basement furniture store in a 100 year old building. This family pub features custom metal walls, custom door frames, copper sinks, and vintage exposed post and beam system adding to the historic feel. Also included in the scope is a tankless water heater, wall mounted digital HVAC units, a rooftop unit to control moisture levels, and a 2-hour fire rating on the floor above.
